Penetration Grade Bitumen

Penetration Grade Bitumen is one of the most widely used paving binders, manufactured to meet international standards for road construction and industrial applications. Classified according to its penetration value, this grade offers excellent adhesion, durability, and resistance to deformation under varying traffic loads. Available in grades such as 35/50, 40/50, 50/70, 60/70, 70/100, 80/100, 85/100, 90/130, 100/120, 120/150, 150/200, and 200/300, it is suitable for asphalt pavements, highways, airport runways, and infrastructure projects in different climatic conditions.

Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB)

Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) is an advanced asphalt binder produced by modifying conventional bitumen with high-performance polymers to enhance its mechanical properties. PMB provides superior resistance to rutting, fatigue cracking, thermal cracking, and aging, making it ideal for heavy-duty pavements and high-traffic roads. Its improved elasticity and durability ensure longer pavement life while reducing maintenance costs, making it the preferred choice for expressways, bridges, airports, and demanding infrastructure projects.

Viscosity Grade Bitumen

Viscosity Grade (VG) Bitumen is classified based on its viscosity at specified temperatures, ensuring consistent performance during production and pavement service. Available in VG-10, VG-20, VG-30, and VG-40 grades, this bitumen offers excellent workability, high stability, and reliable performance under diverse climatic conditions. It is widely used in asphalt mixing, road construction, highway surfacing, and heavy-duty pavement applications where precise viscosity control is essential for long-lasting performance.

Bitumen Emulsion

Bitumen Emulsion is a dispersion of bitumen in water using specialized emulsifying agents, allowing safe and efficient application without the need for heating. Available in both cationic and anionic grades with rapid, medium, and slow setting characteristics, bitumen emulsions are widely used for tack coats, prime coats, slurry seals, surface dressing, cold mix asphalt, and road maintenance. Their environmental friendliness, ease of application, and reduced energy consumption make them an economical solution for modern pavement construction.

Cutback Bitumen

Cutback Bitumen is produced by blending penetration grade bitumen with petroleum solvents to temporarily reduce its viscosity, enabling easy application at lower temperatures. Depending on the evaporation rate of the solvent, it is available in Rapid Curing (RC), Medium Curing (MC), and Slow Curing (SC) grades. Cutback bitumen is commonly used for prime coating, patching, cold-weather paving, surface treatments, and maintenance projects where heated bitumen is impractical.

Oxidized Bitumen

Oxidized Bitumen, also known as Blown Bitumen, is manufactured by passing controlled air through hot penetration grade bitumen to increase its softening point and reduce penetration. This process produces a material with excellent waterproofing properties, high thermal stability, and outstanding resistance to weathering and chemical exposure. Oxidized bitumen is extensively used in roofing membranes, waterproofing systems, pipe coatings, insulation boards, joint fillers, mastics, and a wide range of industrial applications.
