Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB)
Polymer Modified Bitumen (PMB) is an advanced asphalt binder produced by modifying conventional bitumen with high-performance polymers to enhance its mechanical properties. Cutback Bitumen

Depending on the evaporation rate of the solvent, it is available in Rapid Curing (RC), Medium Curing (MC), and Slow Curing (SC) grades. Cutback bitumen is commonly used for prime coating, patching, cold-weather paving, surface treatments, and maintenance projects where heated bitumen is impractical.
Oxidized Bitumen
Oxidized Bitumen, also known as Blown Bitumen, is manufactured by passing controlled air through hot penetration grade bitumen to increase its softening point and reduce penetration. This process produces a material with excellent waterproofing properties, high thermal stability, and outstanding resistance to weathering and chemical exposure. Oxidized bitumen is extensively used in roofing membranes, waterproofing systems, pipe coatings, insulation boards, joint fillers, mastics, and a wide range of industrial applications.
